Frequently Asked Questions
How do I load the tea leaves?
Slide the perforated sleeve away from the rounded tea trough, add loose leaves, then slide the sleeve back over the loading area before placing the infuser in your cup.
What is the infuser made from?
The product is made from 304 stainless steel.
Will absolutely no tea particles enter my cup?
The fine holes help contain larger leaves, but very small tea particles or tea dust may pass through depending on the blend.
How should I clean it?
Slide the sleeve open, empty the used leaves, rinse with clean water and leave the infuser to drain and dry.
How much tea should I add?
Avoid packing the trough too tightly. Leave enough space for the leaves to expand, and adjust the amount according to the tea and your preferred strength.
